Sage Hill Estates Apartments
Our Sage Hill Estates Apartments project consists of approximately 300 luxury homes , comprising two separate buildings, with a separate club house, which contains a fully equipped gym, and a second floor social room with an expansive deck. There are gathering areas through-out the project to accommodate week-end BBQ’s , or some quiet time to just relax and reflect. This project features one, two and three bedroom professionally designed homes, ranging in size from over 600sf to over 1200sf. This project is conveniently located three blocks north of the Walmart Super Center

Springbank Hill Estates
Our Springbank Hill Estates (SHE) project is a luxury boutique rental consisting of approximately 150 homes divided between two buildings, on the corner of 19th Ave and 81st Street SW. This project is ideally located just south of Aspen Landing Shopping Centre that features over 175,000 square feet of retail shopping, including SafeWay, Shoppers Drug Mart, banks and restaurants. Our project is directly adjacent to the planned Spring Hill Market development that will feature over 242,000 square feet of retail development. The 69th Street C-train station is a short drive or bike ride away, and a planned C-train station will be within walking distance.
